Investors are expected to benefit from fixed returns according to the risk profile, with second charge security against the properties we acquire or a full equity risk priority return & profit share.
We are already expanding rapidly and have acquired several major properties for redevelopment including Coombe Cross in Croydon and Fabrick, a large development in Greater Manchester (Cheadle Hulme). Our future ventures not only look at residential projects and investments, but also student and serviced apartments, hotel and hostel developments. Our target is to have £1bn GDV of assets under management by the end of 2018.
